Digimorph’s search methodology is focused around quality and precision. Below is a summary of our process steps which is a collaboration between traditional recruitment practices and Digimorph’s quality assured process.

Recruitment Process

EXTRAPOLATION

At the time of receiving the role requirements of job description, your account manager works with your recruiter to extrapolate all critical data from the received documents, we also work with the provider to understand their need for the role, and what intangibles are required.

PROFILE

Utilising the above information, we then build a profile about the required candidate, including any licensing and qualifications, necessary experience and required knowledge of tools and programs.

SEARCH

The core of our work, utilising the profile created, we manage a search utilising our own CRM of candidates, Seek, Linkedin, Job boards (Jora, etc). Our goal is to create a shortlist of candidates with the required level of experience and knowledge who can add value to their new roles and projects.

QUALIFYING CANDIDATES

Digimorph qualifies its candidates with Industry specific testing, Referee checks, Visa Checks, interviews with our expert recruitment team when identified as a potential candidate and before an interview (Face to face, video).

SHORTLIST

Digimorph then provides a shortlist of candidates with testing scores, reference checks, a short description of their skills and experience and how its applicable to the role available, they are then sent over to you.

FEEDBACK

After the shortlisted candidates have been interviewed, Digimorph utilises feedback from the candidates and organisation to be equipped with information to provide quality service. If the candidate is successful, we continue with any induction and onboarding activities required. If our shortlist is unsuccessful, Digimorph utilises the feedback to restructure their profile and qualifying process accordingly.

Digimorph’s foundation was built on candidate care, it was our first goal identified as a company and continues to be one of our core business practices. We fulfill this by utilising a reliable CRM system, enabling us to keep track of our candidates and provide career assistance, we send out quarterly reminders and follow up with candidates to update their stats.

When digimorph has a role coming to market, we first identify our database as a candidate list and follow up with our previous candidates, and reliably are able to find at least one of out shortlisted applicants.

When an applicant is unsuccessful, they are followed up with by a recruitment advisor, immediately given feedback and are helped to apply a new role, inside or outside of Digimorph. We give all candidates career mapping sessions, also available during interviews.
